Located at 13237 Yonge Street Unit B1, this restaurant has quickly become a haven for food lovers eager to explore authentic dishes that resonate with tradition and taste. Whether you are a lifelong enthusiast of South Asian cuisine or a curious newbie, Karahi Point promises a dining experience that rivals the bustling streets of Lahore or Delhi.

At Karahi Point, the star of the show is undoubtedly the karahi – a deep, circular pot used to cook a variety of sumptuous dishes. Their KP Karahi Special, featuring the Chicken Reshmi Handi, is an absolute must-try. It beautifully marries tender cheese with a medley of secret spices, making each bite an invitation to savor. For fans of robust, hearty flavors, the Chicken Charsi Karahi and Goat Charsi Karahi won't disappoint. These dishes encapsulate succulent meat, perfectly seared and infused with delicious charsi masala, a spice mixture that can elevate the simplest of meals into a memorable feast.

Another highlight of the menu is the sizzling barbecue selection. The Beef Bihari Kabab marinated overnight with aromatic spices and yogurt offers a satisfying depth of flavor, while the Chicken Seekh Kabab delivers a smoky taste that lingers long after the meal.

What sets Karahi Point apart is not just its food, but the warm atmosphere and attentive service. Customers like Kaneez M. have praised the restaurant's commitment to creating memorable hosting experiences, proving that they cater to more than just appetites – they cater to celebrations. The well-decorated interior reflects the richness of South Asian culture, making it an ideal venue for gatherings, yet it retains a welcoming feel for casual diners.

However, as with any establishment, Karahi Point is not without some critiques. Customers have noted inconsistencies regarding portion sizes and dish temperatures. Mitch D. mentioned experiencing a cold chicken biryani on one occasion, while others have found the pricing slightly on the higher side. Yet, the overall enthusiasm for the food often balances these concerns, showcasing the restaurant's willingness to improve and adapt.

Their under 4 rating is fair. It's not bad. But it's not great either. Just meh. In fairness, ordered via Uber Eats so different from being in the restaurant. That said, it came quick so not like it was on the driver etc. Ordered: Chicken Biryani - Tasty but chicken was cold Butter Chicken - Ok and not much chicken for the price. Beef Sheek Kabab - Ok. None of that great charcoal taste you get from a good Kabab. Naan - over cooked on 1 side. Shouldn't be brown and almost crusty on 1 side. I was expecting a lot given the hype. Was hesitant when I saw the rating on this location but it's an accurate one. No other good options in this area so may give it another chance next time I'm craving it.

Absolutely outstanding service!!! I used their venue for our mehndi party and they went above and beyond with their service and food. The variety was great and the service was fantastic. I would definitely use them again if I had another function. Our decorator was able to go in a bit early and set the place up so that it looked festive. Their attention to detail and the number of servers was greatly appreciated.

The good: This was my first time trying Pakistani food and I enjoyed it! I ordered butter chicken, mild chicken Karahi and some naan bread. Between 2 people, this was a good portion. The service was prompt and there was available seating walking in on a Friday night. It's a fairly big restaurant that was nicely decorated. I was worried about how spicy the dishes might be, and the server recommended the mild chicken Karahi. Although I liked it, it tasted more like an Alfredo sauce. The bad: I do think it's slightly on the pricier side. The Karahi came with 2 sides but they were extremely tiny (salad and raita).

You always know the place is good when you smell karahi smoke out to the parking lot, walk in and are friendly welcomed, and notice every table is packed. Good thing I got take out on skip and was ready within 20 minutes! Succulent rich butter chicken, and paneer tikka masala (bottom left). They even threw in complimentary salad and raita! The best part is that you can actually customize any dish with 8, yes 8 different options such as mild , hot, less oil, runny, well done.. etc. Top spot in my books.
